Shipping Info and Shipping processing time

At One Stop eMall, we are committed to getting you your items as quickly and as smoothly as possible.  One Stop eMall ships them directly from our suppliers or the manufacturers

All orders are processed within 1 - 4 days. Most orders qualify for FREE Shipping to the contiguous U.S.A. including Palau.

Shipping Policy and Order Tracking

In-stock domestic shipments are usually shipped after processing of order. But sometimes due to high volume of orders the item/items maybe shipped within the week.

Order Tracking
We will usually send you a fulfillment email and tracking numbers within 24-48 hours of shipping your order. Items may sometimes arrive at your door before you receive the tracking information.


That said, if you do not receive your tracking number within the specified time frame, don’t panic. As mentioned above, items ship from the manufacturers and suppliers, some of them almost immediately, and only once we are notified of this do we send you the email. So just because you haven’t received a tracking number yet doesn't mean the item hasn't shipped.

Damages

One Stop eMall is not liable for any product damage or lost during shipping. If you received your order damage, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take a photo of the damaged item and send the photo to us when filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If something is not right about your item, we are really sorry to hear this! In the event that you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team here who will get this sorted for you. We are really sorry  but we need to ask you to take a photo of the item and send it to our support team for verification.

You can ask for a brand new product of the same item or a different item but with the same price. You have the option to keep the damaged item or donate it to charity of your choice.
