How to take care of the RETURNS?
We follow a 14-day return policy for undamaged / unworn goods. This means the item must be returned within 14 days of the time it is received by you.
- For defective products:
We will ship a new item to you directly without asking them to return the defective one upon receiving a photo of the defective product or item within 7 days after receiving the item.
- For non-defective products:
Generally, for the return of non-defective products, consumers need to pay for the return shipping.
We will usually send you a fulfillment email and tracking numbers within 24-48 hours of shipping your order. Items may sometimes arrive at your door before you receive the tracking information.
If you decide to cancel an order AFTER the order is processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.
To cancel an order BEFORE THE ORDER has been processed, please take the following steps.
Send a cancellation request to the Support team via email.
Provide the order number and item name
State the reason for the cancellation
Once submitted, the Support team will review your case and follow up with the Supplier. If the Supplier is able to cancel the order, you will receive an email confirmation from the Supplier and One Stop eMall confirming this event.
